Physician Assistant Board Fee Schedule

FEE INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

  • PA APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE  $25.00
  • MANUAL FINGERPRINT CARD PROCESSING FEE  $49.00
    For out-of-state applicants who are submitting fingerprint cards in lieu of having their fingerprints processed electronically via the State of California Live Scan system.
  • INITIAL LICENSING FEE  $200.00
    Initial licenses are issued for a period of 13 to 24 months, depending on the date of issuance and the applicant's birth month. This fee is required at the time the application is submitted for processing.
  • RENEWAL FEE - $312.00 ($300 + $12 CURES fee)

FEE INFORMATION FOR LICENSEES

  • RENEWAL FEE Licenses are renewed every two years.
  • DELINQUENT FEE  $25.00
    For licenses renewed within 2 years of license expiration.
  • DUPLICATE WALL CERTIFICATE OR POCKET ID CARD FEE  $10.00
    If both documents are requested the fee is $20.00.
  • VERIFICATION OF LICENSURE FEE  $10.00

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • We accept cash, personal checks, cashier checks, or money orders for payment of fees.
  • Credit card payments are available for online services only (Initial applications and renewals).
  • Please make checks or money orders payable to the Physician Assistant Board.
